Side-tracked a while. :P

Yeah i know it's exam period :P

I've read a few articles about American Idol recently. More precisely, American Idol and the believers, not contestants.

It never occurred to me that some people do keep track of the contestants' religions and beliefs and those factors actually affect their support and votes. For example, this final three, there are two Christians and one non-Christian. And just because Lambert is not a 'believer', some people refuse to vote for him, despite his outrageous talent.

Yes, i know, it's a personal opinion. But come on, this is a reality show, a talent show and most importantly a singing competition! If those people were to vote based on the contestants' religions, why not hold other competitions which are religion based?

Just a one cent out-pour from me. At least, if Adam does not win this season, i know the reason why and indirectly, i know what is American's mindset.
