A Happy School Day.

Woke up slightly earlier than usual today. Somehow because of that, my mood was lifted up a little. Yet, it did nothing to get rid of my sleepiness. I almost could not open my eyes when i reached the school.

Went to see Mr Tan by 7. He recently asked me to do a Log Book For Classroom Keys. I thought that's it for my job but apparently not. I had to go around the whole school to find all the class teachers to ask them if they have gotten the extra set of key to their classrooms and if they have gotten it, they will have to sign on the logbook. ALL CLASS TEACHERS. THIRTY NINE TEACHERS! Does not seem too many but the thing is i do not have free time AT ALL! And Mr Tan wants it by this Friday. *groans*

Bumped into Mr Affendi today. Told him that my nickname is Kenny. *smug*

Anyway marching practice was especially fun to me. Wei Leng and Felicia came! And Thien Siang joined us today! And IT WAS SO COINCIDENTAL that he was standing behind YeeShan. Haha! Everyone could not stop laughing and making fun of him! But poor YeeShan. Though i was one of those who *cough* made fun of them *cough*. It was really really fun! But it's like the fun was at one end of the line, while the other end did not know what's going on. Pai seh. Hehe.

And teased XianJin about her Kilang Memproses Bayi JooEr & XianJin who get their modal from Christopher. But then her face turned so red she looked like she was going to cry so i stopped lo. Haha must kacau her more!

Oh and thanks YeeShan for the Sushi! :D

After that went back straight away. It was already drizzling. Tumpang-ed WeiLeng's white Myvy! And she is so cool, driving like a pro! How i wish i can drive right now. ): WeiLeng's batch really fun la! They always hang out and 'yam cha' no matter where or when and enjoy. Fun people! And WeiLeng looked like Mickey Mouse, commented JooEr. :D

Alright time to work. I think i shall finish the dratted essay by tonight!

Busy week.

Probably it's me but after i have named myself Kenny, i found that there are actually a lot of people with the name Kenny. Though i do realise that Kenny is a common name, but i did not realise that many people in this KL area actually use that name. At least, not people around me. But recently, i realised that there are MANY MANY Kenny! For example, a guy SereneLiew saw in a bus, whom she thought is good looking. And also a guy named Kenny who posted a comment in one of her post. [But i suspect they are the same person] And this guy in Economy class also named Kenny. And another form two guy in my school also named Kenny. Screw the many Kennies. =.=

Anyway too much work to do this weekend. No time for computer. But i wanna watch Grey's!

Say my name~ Say my name~

Kelly Clarkson's My Life Would Suck Without You is not bad after all! Though the name is a bit too long, i still love the song even though some said it's like a second Since You've Been Gone. I wouldn't disagree but i would just enjoy the song as it is. (:

*edit*

Happy Birthday To Josephine Tiew Yenn!

Not within my expectations.

The stupid essay i did THIS MORNING was to be sent to somewhere OUTSIDE SCHOOL. Which means it is supposed to represent school! And YOU KNOW HOW BAD IT IS! It will so deadly embarrassing. Oh no oh no oh no oh no oh no~

Anyway, the guys squad is not living up to expectation. It's really disappointing. Proposed a totally insane idea to Serene but we both know that my suggestion is haram. Is it my luck or something? I really love to march but apparently the luck is not on my side. Totally opposite to someone's condition. *sigh* But i am still going to work on finding more people to join.

Although i have been feeling quite happy lately, i still think that somehow the luck is not on my side. A lot of things to be done within a very short period of time. I really hope this ends after March. SPM is really not going to be easy on us. ):

Wonder who will understand this guy's shoes.

Anyway, am going to watch American Idol soon! :D

Everyone's Tomorrow

Disclaimer : Another essay. This one is special. Miss Kamisah smsed me to tell me about it. And since Clement and Jo were busy, i was left to do it, alone. And i had some stuffs to handle so i can only do it at night. After some research, it was already midnight and by the time i was done, it's almost 4am. Needed that much time to do because i do not know much about the Israel-Palestine incident/war. Not interested really. But now i am quite hooked. But that is not the point. And i have to hand in to Pn Usha Diane in like 3 hours. Damn wtf. Because i missed my slumber. And i hate this theme - world peace palestinians. And Tzen is watching football. And good night.

Typical high school students nowadays are always facing many kinds of problems and obstacles in school. Sometimes they could not catch up with their teachers academically, they face all kinds of friendship problems and at times, dilemmas do occur in their school life, creating more troubles for the students and giving them a headache. I know of a friend who is even more unfortunate to also face family problems despite all the hustle and bustle in school. Going through a day is like being forced to undergo mental torment due to the problems. At least that is how it feels like to the her. She goes to sleep each night, dreading to wake up on the next day to face the same problem all over again. She always hopes for a better 'tomorrow', yet is afraid of accepting the coming of a 'tomorrow' for fear that the coming 'tomorrow' is not a 'tomorrow' she longs for. However, somewhere in Gaza, the civilians might not even have a 'tomorrow'!

At this age of urbanisation and modenisation, we always stress on peace and harmony not only among the human beings but also the surrounding environment. At the same time, an arguement between two nations, which originated back in the 1500s, is getting solved in a way which all of us would never count on - violence. Yes, contradictory i would say, but that is the reality. The verbal war and real war between Israel and Palestine has never ceased. The fight over a piece of land, the fight for their own dignity and for the power over their own land has never once come to an end. Eventually, Israel has made its move to launch an attack towards the Palestine on the 27th of December 2008. Yet, little did they know that what would happen.

At the 19th day of war between Israel and Palestine, victory has not been decided. The invasion towards Gaza continues. Flying missiles and gigantic tanks are still visible in places like Gaza. As Israel marches towards its seemingly victory, more and more innocent civilians and bystanders are sacrificed intentionally and unintentionally. In fact, the number of death has been reported to exceed 900. Children, woman and elderlies are among the victims to the dreadful war. There is no better word for this other than cruelty.

Intentionally or unintentionally getting slaughtered. Is that a way to treat a human being's life? Is that the right way to treat the lives of thousands of innocent civilians? In less than 20 days, more than 900 innocent people were killed, probably unintentionally as reported in the news, by the missiles launched by Israel or Palestine. The civilians were annihilated. The elderlies and women were killed. The teenagers and children were slaughtered. At our age, the teenagers died. The children and teenagers did not get the chance to live a normal life and have a lively childhood. Everyday, they live in the fright and terror of getting killed. Every night, they go to sleep not knowing if they will survive the night. Most of the time, they never sleep at all! Would they dare to close their eyes when they are fully aware of the potential imperilment they are in?

Being fully aware of this cruelty where many lives are being wasted because of a war, why have there been no successful action taken to stop this merciless mass killing? Although years of grudge and war between these two nations is difficult to come to an end, killing the lives of the innocent civilians is definitely not the way out! Probably, United Nations and United States should work out something to stop Israel from killing the innocent people. Whereas we, the normal citizens, can also show our protest by cooperating with the activities held by the government so that Israel can hear our thoughts. This is the least we could do to help the innocent civilians, to provide them with a better tomorrow.

Even though Gaza is situated miles and miles away from Malaysia, even though there is no one related to us staying in Gaza, we should also stop Israel from murdering innocent children, women and elderlies. We should realise that as Israelis march towards Gaza inch by inch, more and more innocent citizens are getting killed. Therefore, before you eat, before you sleep, do pray for the safety of the cilivians trapped in the war. May someone receive our prayers and escape from death. Also, may their tomorrow be one that is longed for, not afraid of.

I love marching!

Well since i am already online so might as well blog a bit anyway. :P

Homework today = mountain-ful. Something is wrong with SAB teachers i think. Stuffing students with loadful of homework does not mean that they can get it done which does not mean that they will understand what they are being taught and what they are doing. So it's no good if they keep on throwing tonnes of homework to us and expect the work to be done on the next time. Mind the teachers, some of us actually have extra co-curricular activities and tuitions to attend to. Unlike them last time?

Oh and i wonder why more and more people wanna quit marching. It's actually quite fun. Who cares about the heat and the sun and the burning skin [and shoe] and getting darker?! Those are the excitement you get from marching! Plus, it's so fun to make fun of other people and make jokes. I still miss the time when Hafizuddin was around with Roger and the gang. Those are the happy memories. We even talked about masturbating wtf?

So please don't quit! I am not sure if it's true that your parents forbid or you just use your parents as shields because i know of people who have done that before. *smirk*

Anyway. *sigh* Hopefully i can make a squard of 30 people. Else there is nothing i can really do. And i wish to train the form ones and twos so that at least there are people capable or marching in the future. Marching is my pleasure and my niche anyway. :D

The Unsung Hero (in My Life)

Disclaimer : This is just a homework which my English teacher asked to do. I find it difficult to write it by hand with all the erasing and thinking so i decided to type it here and copy it back in my book after i am done. I know it's a long work but i prefer this way, somehow. Screw you :P I hope my brother does not read this! AND he is not as noble as i made him here. Thank you.

ah. he has come home from work! the grayish colour Myvy he is driving slowly and deliberately enters the house garage. he does it ever so carefully, under daddy's instructions and guidance. he gets his Myvy parked nicely and gets out from it, with his bag and car keys. looking smart in his suit and tie, he walks into the house, greeting mom who is preparing dinner in the kitchen. the pair of stylish spectacle on his nose does nothing to hide the exhaustion displayed on his face. i guess he has had a hard day in his office.

a person whom i respect is who he is. he has just gotten his master's degree a few months ago and god bless, he was hired after a couple of months out from university. at the age of twenty five, he still looks more like a secondary school student. though he is very particular about his height, he is not really taller than me, who is eight years younger. plus, the extra baggage at his belly area does nothing to help him looks thin although he still claims that he went to gym when he was doing his master's degree.

as a software engineer, he is very good when it comes to things related to computer. when there is something wrong with the house internet connection, he is there for the rescue. When someone's laptop is causing a problem, with some of his typing and clicking, that laptop is up and running again. his expertise is highly appreciated whether he is at work or at school. under his teaching and guidance, i did learn a few things about computer and softwares which allow me to solve any problems my laptop gives me.

speaking of teaching and guidance, this person whom i have a great deal of respect to has influenced my life in such a tremendous scale and manner that my life would be completely different and meaningless without him. he is the one who introduced entertainment and music in my life. when i was still schooling in my primary school, he started watching many music videos and reality singing competition. every thursday night at nine thirty, he would sit in front of the television for an hour or two to watch the famous american idol. sometimes, he even watched english dramas like Charmed or Ally McBeal. that was when i was first exposed to the western culture and first knew what English really was. as i grew older, i became more accustomed to the western culture and the english language which, i think, is an important foundation to what i am today - capable of reading, comprehending, writing, speaking decent and fluent english.

that is not all!

he also showed me the importance of education in life. even though he did not do well in his major examinations when he was in standard six and form three, he sure did excel with flying colours in his Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) in form five with a total of nine 1A and one 2A! that was not where his glory ceased. he was also the top student in his school, grabbing a total of four awards such as the highest scorer for Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mathematics, Additional Mathematics and more to name. also, suffice to say that he did well enough to make mommy and daddy proud with his master's degree. all of his magnificent results did nothing but to inspire me to obtain an even better result to make my family proud. i guess that is one of the main motivation which pushed me to work hard and acquired a beautiful result during my Peperiksaan Menengah Rendah (PMR).

as a person with an extra eight-year-experience, he has given me tonnes of advices regarding any problems or dilemmas i have faced, ranging from education problems to relationship predicaments. as my secondary school life is coming to an end soon, he has already given me some exposure to how life after this will be. we talked about which path i should follow after my secondary school - doctor or accountancy. we also talked about the suitable universities and courses which i should choose depending on my interests. since he has completed his master's degree in Korea, his experience does come in handy in widening my knowledge and opening my eyes to how studying overseas will be like. but things would not be so easy normally. there are a lot of admissions and applications to be done before i can successfully study in the university i prefer. not to mention the financial predicament which i might face if i do not get any scholarships. with his help, i got to know all these information so that such things can be handled in a better manner in the future.

a life without him is a life i cannot imagine, a life i dare not imagine, a life i dare not want. the significance of his presence in my life is so huge, i would be an utterly different person if he was not there with me in the first place. a person whom i respect, a person whom i look up to, a person whom i honour, a person whom i adore, a person whom i love, none other than my brother, the unsung hero in my life.

Crap there are like almost 900 words here. And i have not even put all the points i have in my mind inside. There is this part where he learns how to drive. And how the quarrels between us help me to realise things. And more. *slams table* I really do not know how to manage my essays. Anyway wish me luck in copying this essay in my book, though by the time anyone reads this, i would be long done.

Stuck on my mind.

When something is stuck on your mind, you will probably have a hard time getting it out. It will stick to your mind forever and ever and there is nothing you can do about it. It starts to affect your concentration, even when you are doing the thing you are best at. The memory surfaces on its own and you cannot help but to sulk. At least that's the most i could do. The more i think, the more i dream, the more i hope for and in the end the deeper i fall. Farah was right. I should not let the thought of other people affect me so much. But.. I just cannot help it. The thought of it makes me happy before i know it, the thought of it puts a smile on my face before i could stop it, the thought of it brightens my day even it is just for that split second. And because the thought of it is all i have right now, i sulk. Depress. Get sad. And emo. And that is all i feel for the rest of my day. And the next day. And the next. Despair. Until probably the thought becomes a reality, the thought becomes right in front of me. Yet, i don't think my presence is known, my feelings are through. I do not think it is mutual. Hope, but not yet. And after tuition ends, only the thought remains. And an injured, fragile heart. But hope remains. Hope without limit, and because the hope is without limit, its injury is far more limitless. Hope is the only chance i have, whichever path it brings me, it leaves me with no choice. I can only hope.

Not sure it's joy or despair. It's getting vaguer. And foggier. I hope it goes away, but deep down in my heart, as it is the only happy memory i have, i hope it stays.

Finally! Weekend!

I've finally finished Dark Knight. It was really nice! Reminded me why i love to watch movies in the first place! And the Joker was really really good.

Well so school's still good. Maybe i should blog it day by day.

Monday aka flat hair day
Flatten my hair before going to school because my hair was long. Apparently it was so ugly almost 99% of my friends advised me to get it cut again. :P Erm, the moment i stepped out of my house, i stepped on a dog's shit. Had to wash it in school. Damn unlucky. And i remained in C class. With 90% of the classmates. And of all the people the school moved to other classes, Jon was one of them. Damn wtf. And apparently they make it seems like J is the first class and K second. Wonderful right? Everyone with the dream to get into first class last year and with that dream they did their best in finals last year, had their dream destroyed so badly they mourned for A WEEK after school started.

Garry, sis, and more of my friends, i share your pain.

Oh and i got Imran for my class teacher. Which means no Shahbudin. How wonderful. Class teachers are still okay. Pn Noorazmah for BM, Cik Kamisah for BI, Pn Rusnah for Maths, Pn Azrina for AddMaths, Pn Karimah for Bio, Pn Chew for Phy, Pn Asmahan for Sej and Pn Zahiah for Moral still. Though i prefer some other teachers as my teachers than my current teachers. Pn Noorazmah is funny and so is Pn Asmahan. They both are very open-minded and they make jokes. Pn Chew is better than Pn Jill at least. Though i still prefer Syed Anwar and I am not praising my stuck up tuition teacher. I cannot ask anyone better than Pn Azrina and Pn Rusnah. So that's all for teachers.

Nothing much on Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday i guess. Maybe because i do not remember anymore.

Oh. Our school office has changed. With, quoted from Jaarvis, HongLeong Bank door and highway-like announcement board above, it sure looks better. Fully cctv-ed school. A bigger guardhouse. Better labs. And the hall is currently under renovation again to enlarge it. It is gonna take both the spaces beside the hall. And by the time it is done, i am not there anymore. So let it be.

Erm. And school now ends at 2.30 SHARP. They extended the recess to 30 minutes just to keep us in school longer. Why not if they take the 15 or 10 minutes and let us back earlier? Some people really do have tuition they know? I am starting to dislike this school already. Or more specifically, the one who runs it.

Friday was the Rumah Sukan meeting. Chris got nominated as the head and got it. He even got like almost all the people's votes. I hope he can manage his stuffs with all the posts he has. >.< And ThienSiang the kawad guy. HAHA! Jo is the secretary. And Laksamana this year, not so good i think. Low spirit. So i wonder how will this year's Sports Day gonna turn out. Then i was talking with Huee Ming during the meeting about Chris. He is so active and popular among the students and teacher, i think he is the most active person in school right now. That kinda person is not easy to find. And he is my boss weh. At two societies! *smug*

Anyway i still hate the class arrangement.

Erm i really like my Physic teacher. Like without that teacher i can really fail my Physics that kinda like. And i am blogging like a person going insane. I think I don't know how to blog anymore.

I shall stop blogging for the day. =.=

All hell is going to break lose.

School starts tomorrow. Why would not all hell break lose? I am not quite sure why i am feeling so nervous. I just get nervous over every single new thing.

I wonder what will happen tomorrow in the school.

Ah and i will not touch the laptop during weekdays unless absolutely necessary. Hopefully i will be determined enough to keep this going on.

So long, my blog.

To Clement Yong The Man

Happy Birthday!

Probably the first time your birthday is not on the first day of school huh? :P

Hope you have a happy day and a pleasant year!

:D

Mamma Mia!

Yay i have finally watched this movie! Two days before school reopens. And halfway watching The Dark Knight but paused due to some..disruption.

Anyway i am not sure if my love for movies [or musical movies] has died or the problem is with this movie, but i do not find it that interesting at all. Just normal decent movie with a typical love story. The gay part came out quite unexpectedly though. And the songs were kinda boring too. No offence to ABBA.

But at least i am enjoying Dark Knight. The Joker is so awesome! Somehow i could not imagine that it was Heath Ledger playing that role. Too bad he has left us.

Gonna bersambung soon.

To Cutie Lim Yee Shan

HAPPY BIRTHDAY!

I know your biggest dream is what. Get taller right? :P

Wish you have a happy day alright? :)

Bigger Sacrifice For Bigger Outcome

I've got my hair cut.

I wanted to leave it longer so i asked the barber to just trim.

But she said it's not long enough. I have to wait for another, probably, one month.

So, she just trimmed it so that it'll look better when my hair grows longer, which i think is two or three weeks from now.

And NOW, my hair is really like a mushroom. Weird and ugly hair. ):

I wanted to take a photo and put it here. But thought better of it.

So please, when you see me a few days from now, do me a favour and DO NOT laugh or stare at my hair! >.<

Hopefully my hair will look better SOON.

New Email Account - Up and Running

Finally done adding all the people in my list. Hopefully i did not miss any. If i've missed any please do add me at kennychowhookeen@hotmail.com :)

And off to sleep now. Gonna get my hair cut tomorrow. I will ask for my hair to remain flat but if it does not work might just ask the barber to cut it short. If it does not work. As in the flat hair. *nervous*
